Who is in control of your child?

My last post recommended asking some people in PA their opinion.

Here is a news item from today: Carlisle, PA Mother sentenced to 30 days prison for truancy.

As sad as this situation is... law is the law. As much as I don't like having to comply with all our regulations here in PA... it's my obligation as a homeschool parent to abide by the laws. What would we be teaching our kids if we pick and choose which laws we listen to? Life lessons are important.
